Óscar Seco

He began his career as a lawyer in 1989. Since then, in addition to working in his own firm, he has performed tasks for the legal service of Cáritas Bizkaia, for the Heldu legal service of the Bizkaia bar association, given courses for different bodies; between 2008 and 2011 he was a member of parliament for Bizkaia province, and since then has headed different foundations (Gizalab, Eguzkilore). Since 16th July 2015 he has been director general for social inclusion at the Bizkaia provincial authority.
