Koldo Peciña

His career has been linked to the cyber-security sector. A graduate in Law, with a master's degree in new technology and telecommunications law. He has more than 20 years of experience in the cyber-security sector, in major firms like S21SEC, ITS Security and PwC, taking responsibility for managing multi-disciplinary projects and teams in the cyber-security field both nationally and internationally, working in different industries. For the last three years he has been Director General of the ZIUR foundation (Gipuzkoa Industrial Cyber-Security Centre), having taken up the new position of Director of strategic projects at the Gipuzkoa provincial authority in 2023.
