Ana Sofi Telletxea

Diploma in Social Work and Degree in Sociology. Member of the management team at Cáritas Bizkaia and head of the organisation's analysis and development department. Among other things, she heads the organisation's observatory of social reality. She is a member of the confederal work group of observatories, in coordination with other Spanish Cáritas organisations and with the Cáritas study team and the FOESSA foundation. She is also part of EAPN Euskadi. Lecturer in the faculty of social and human sciences at the University of Deusto, on the subject of social exclusion, social policy and the welfare state.
