After 2 years as a Java programmer, I found my job a bit monotonous and I was given the opportunity to enter the world of software testing, which has become my great passion

I started working in a company that specialised in this field as a Performance Tester and loved it from the very first moment. My role as a tester was to ensure that all software was flawless before end-users found a bug, which could have resulted in huge losses for companies

In that company, I met my two current partners and, in 2014, I decided to start my own company specialising in software testing, Globe Testing, one of the best decisions I have ever made in my life. Of the three founders, I was assigned the role of COO, although in the early days the whole team did everything as there were only three of us, from delivering projects to submitting proposals and invoicing our customers

My day-to-day work currently consists in leading the technical testing teams at Izertis, ensuring that the teams have what they need for the projects to be successful, increasing the teams according to the demand, training new members and dealing with the relationship with our customers by defining their technical testing strategies
