  • Helburu eta Emaitzak: Helburu nagusia espezie ezberdinetako animali bizi zein haragi komertzialetan antibiotiko, sulfamida eta kinolona hondarrak detekta ditzaketen tresna analitikoen garapena da, modu horretan haragi-ekoizpenari loturiko osasun arriskuak gutxitzea bermatuz. Eskualdeko elikagaien sektorean antibiotiko-hondarren kontrolerako eta kudeaketarako neurri plan bat eskeiniz.
